Sony Alpha NEX-7 Interchangeable Digital Camera with 24.3 MP Resolutions 3 Inch LCD
Sony Alpha NEX-7 is one of Sony Interchangeable Camera which has been released in August 2011. Like the other NEX-Series Sony digital camera, the Alpha NEX-7 offers DSLR performance but still easy to use like point and shot camera, including interchangeable lenses, a 2359K dot Tru-Finder™ OLED electronic viewfinder, up to 10fps shooting, and outstanding Tri-Navi 3-dial manual control. The NEX-7 also expands on the existing interface, adding two dials on the top plate that can be used to control a wide variety of functions, plus a conveniently-placed button beside the shutter that’s used to cycle through their functions. The familiar rear dial and three ‘soft’ keys on the back of the camera are retained, as is the handy tilting rear LCD.
Sony Alpha NEX-7 uses a new shutter arrangement, with an (optional) electronic first curtain. In other words, the camera no longer has to close the shutter then open it again to start the exposure, and according to Sony this decreases shutter lag from 100ms to just 20ms. The NEX-7 features a brand new 24.3 Megapixel sensor, an ultra high resolution OLED electronic viewfinder and support for Full HD 1080p video with full manual control over exposures and progressive frame rates up to 60fps. Throw in a popup flash, articulated screen and fast continuous shooting at up to 10fps in a magnesium alloy body and the NEX-7 becomes by far the most powerful mirror-less ILC to date.
