Sony Cyber-Shot DSC WX9 is one of new W-Series Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera which has been announced in CES 2011. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX9 is a slick little camera with a few new features that will definitely appeal to entry-level users. The 3.0-inch 921k LCD looks beautiful and the ability to shoot 1080/60i video is sure to raise some interest.

The DSC-WX9 also includes an “In Camera Guide” for those who find camera settings confusing, Background Defocus Mode (meant to generate the shallow depth of field typical of expensive DSLRs), and Sony’s proprietary Intelligent Sweep Panorama technology (users pan the camera across a vista and the camera automatically creates a wide panorama shot).
